My name is Jeremy. I grew up in a small coal mining community in North East England when I first head the ABB. The music might as well have been coming from Mars as GA seemed such a long way away back in the early 70s. I have loved Gregg and the ABB since then when I was no more than 11 years old. Just got to see Gregg play live for the first time last weekend. It was worth waiting 40+ years for! When Gregg played the opening bars to Midnight Rider it made a chill run right down my spine.

Gregg has the finest blues voice for any white man that I ever heard. He used to amaze people with that sound when he was a young man. Now (and I hope nobody minds me saying this), but Low Country Blues is an old man doing what he does best; singing and playing the blues. Long may you rock Gregg!

I now live in Canada so may get the chance to see a few more shows now that I've broken my duck. Other artists that I really admire; Eric Johnson, Shawn Colvin, Springsteen (particularly for his earlier work), and Bob Dylan.
