I hope this is not true, Gregg and his management have been so wonderful in the past with the open policy. I know I have turned more people on to his music with his GAB and Friends shows, that were good audience recordings. I can only assume the no taping is due to the band recording the shows for future use. ( I believe it was mentioned on another post at one time, although never confirmed true or false) The sale of instant lives at the "Brothers'" show should indicate that allowing taping and the sale / release of a show can both exist. I know that part of the sales appeal is the fact that you can get it "instantly" at the show but they still seem to sell afterwards. The Fact that Gregg seems to play just about the same set list every night would give hope that this policy is only temporary as enough material would be gathered after only a few shows for any future release............
